Data Deletion
You can ask us to delete the personal information we hold about you at any time. This page explains how.
Last updated: 2 October 2026
01
How to request deletion
Email info@aais.land with the subject line “Data deletion request”.
Tell us the email address, phone number or account you used when you contacted us, so we can find your records. You do not need an account with us to make a request, and we do not charge for it.
02
What we delete
Everything we hold that identifies you: the name, company, email address, phone number, service interest, budget range and project description from any contact form you submitted, along with the email correspondence that followed.
If you reached us through a Meta service such as Facebook, Instagram or WhatsApp, this also covers the profile information and message history that service shared with us.
03
How long it takes
We confirm receipt within 7 days and complete the deletion within 30 days. If we cannot delete something, we tell you what remains and why.
04
What we may have to keep
We keep the minimum required by Nepali tax and company law, which generally means invoices and payment records for engagements you paid for. These are retained for the statutory period and are not used for any other purpose.
Where we processed data on behalf of a client under contract, that client is the data controller. We will tell you who to contact.
05
Deleting an app connection
If you connected a Meta account to one of our apps, you can disconnect it yourself. On Facebook, open Settings, then Apps and Websites, select the app and choose Remove. On Instagram, open Settings, then Website Permissions, then Apps and Websites.
Removing the connection stops any further data reaching us. To also delete what we already hold, email info@aais.land.
06
Related policies
Our Privacy Policy explains what we collect and why. Our Terms of Service cover the wider relationship.
