How we work

The honest version of software delivery: something real in your hands early, improved in the open, and billed only after it is live.

How we work

Most software shops promise perfection and deliver silence. We work the other way round: something real in your hands early, improved in the open, delivered on the date we wrote down.

  1. 01

    Ship

A working version of the most painful process in front of your staff on the date written into the scope — websites in 12 days.

  2. 02

    Refine

We watch it run, fix what the real work exposes, and extend it — with you, not for you.

  3. 03

    Ship again

Each milestone goes live on its date. Then the next one. The system grows while it earns.

  • Written scope

Every engagement starts with a one-page scope you sign. No surprises, no 'that wasn't included'.

  • Milestone billing

You pay per delivered milestone, after it is live. Never for promises.

  • On-time record

Every delivery date we have set, we have met. We publish the record on this page.

A pilot is two weeks, fixed price, one process. You keep the code whether or not we continue. If we do, the pilot becomes milestone one and every milestone after it is billed only after it is live.

We refine in the open: the version your staff use on Monday is the one we fix on Tuesday. Nothing waits for a grand launch, and nothing is promised that isn’t on the written scope.

Websites live in 12 days; every other system on the deadline in its written scope, fixed price. You keep the code either way. Tell us what leaks, and we'll tell you honestly whether a pilot fixes it.
