Custom business systems

One system for billing, stock, orders and reporting — built around how your business actually runs, live in your staff's hands on the date written into the scope.

What's included

We sit with the people who do the work, map where money and time leak, and build the system that closes those gaps. Accounting, inventory, dispatch, HR — as one tool your staff actually use.

Start with a two-week pilot

We take your single most painful process — usually billing or stock — and put a working version in front of your staff on the deadline written into the scope. Fixed price, written scope, you keep the code.

  • Monthly support with an on-time record
  • Billing and accounts that reconcile themselves

Use cases

  • Billing and credit

Bills raised at the moment of sale, credit recorded and chased automatically, stock reduced in the same step.

  • Stock and purchases

What came in, what went out, what is left — by branch, by supplier, without a physical count every week.

  • Dispatch and delivery

Orders, loading lists and delivery confirmations that tell the office what left and what arrived.

  • Payroll and attendance

Attendance from the site or shop floor into a payroll you can run in an hour.

  • Owner dashboard

Cash, stock, pending orders and today's sales on your phone, updated as work happens.

  • Accounting hand-off

Clean exports and reports for your accountant, built from the same records — no re-typing.

FAQ

We already use Tally / a spreadsheet. Do we have to stop?
No. The pilot runs beside what you have. Most clients keep their accountant's tool and let ours feed it, so nothing is re-typed.
How much does a pilot cost?
A fixed price agreed in the written scope before we start, based on one process. Ask on WhatsApp and we'll quote within a day.
Will our staff actually use it?
That is the point of the pilot: it is built with the person who does the work, and it goes live on their counter in two weeks. If they don't use it, we haven't earned milestone two.
Who owns the system?
You do — code, data and documentation — from the pilot onwards.

Websites live in 12 days; every other system on the deadline in its written scope, fixed price. You keep the code either way. Tell us what leaks, and we'll tell you honestly whether a pilot fixes it.
