- We already use Tally / a spreadsheet. Do we have to stop?
- No. The pilot runs beside what you have. Most clients keep their accountant's tool and let ours feed it, so nothing is re-typed.
- How much does a pilot cost?
- A fixed price agreed in the written scope before we start, based on one process. Ask on WhatsApp and we'll quote within a day.
- Will our staff actually use it?
- That is the point of the pilot: it is built with the person who does the work, and it goes live on their counter in two weeks. If they don't use it, we haven't earned milestone two.
- Who owns the system?
- You do — code, data and documentation — from the pilot onwards.
