When you submit our contact form we collect the name, company, email address, phone number, service interest, budget range and project description you provide. Only your name, email address, service interest and project description are required.

Our servers record standard technical information such as IP address and request time, which we use for security and abuse prevention.

We use the details you send to respond to your enquiry, prepare a proposal, and deliver any work you engage us for. We do not use your information for automated decision-making, and we do not add you to marketing lists without your explicit request.

We process contact form data on the basis of your consent, given when you submit the form, and on our legitimate interest in responding to business enquiries. Where we process data on behalf of a client during a project, we do so under the contract between us.

We do not sell your personal information. We share it only with service providers who help us operate — such as hosting, email and CRM providers — and only to the extent needed to deliver the service. Those providers are bound by their own confidentiality and data protection obligations.

When we build automations or AI solutions, we access client systems and data only as agreed in writing. We configure AI providers so that client data is not used to train public models, and we document where data travels in every solution we deliver.

Enquiries are kept for as long as needed to respond and to keep a record of business correspondence, and then deleted. Project data is retained for the duration of the engagement and any agreed support period.

This website does not use advertising or tracking cookies. Your language preference is stored in your browser’s local storage and never leaves your device.

You can ask us for a copy of the personal information we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. Email info@aais.land and we will respond within 30 days.

Form submissions are transmitted over HTTPS, validated on the server, and rate limited. Access to enquiry data is restricted to the people at AAIS who need it to respond.
