These terms cover your use of this website and set out the general basis on which AAIS provides services.

Using this website

You may browse and share this site freely. You may not attempt to disrupt it, probe it for vulnerabilities without written permission, or submit content through our forms that is unlawful, misleading or automated at scale.

Enquiries are not contracts

Submitting the contact form starts a conversation. It does not create a binding agreement, reserve capacity, or commit either party to a price. Work begins only under a written proposal or statement of work signed by both parties.

Scope and change

Each engagement is defined by its own statement of work covering deliverables, timeline, fees and acceptance. Changes to scope are agreed in writing before the affected work starts, along with any effect on cost or timeline.

Fees and payment

Fees, milestones and payment terms are set out in the applicable statement of work. Unless stated otherwise, invoices are payable within 14 days, and work may pause on materially overdue accounts.

Intellectual property

On full payment, ownership of the custom deliverables we build for you transfers to you. We retain ownership of our pre-existing tools, libraries and internal frameworks, and grant you a perpetual licence to use them as embedded in your deliverables. Third-party components remain under their own licences.

Client responsibilities

Projects depend on timely access to systems, content, approvals and a named decision-maker. You confirm that materials you provide are lawful and that you hold the rights to use them.

AI-generated output

AI systems can produce incorrect output. We build evaluation, guardrails and escalation paths appropriate to the risk of each use case, but AI features are provided as tools that support human judgement, not as a replacement for professional, legal, medical or financial advice.

Third-party services

Solutions may rely on third-party platforms and APIs. Their availability, pricing and terms are outside our control, and changes made by those providers are not a breach of these terms.

Warranties and liability

We provide services with reasonable skill and care. To the extent permitted by law, this website is provided as-is, and our total liability arising from an engagement is limited to the fees paid for it. Neither party is liable for indirect or consequential loss.

Changes and contact

We may update these terms; the date above shows the current version. Questions can be sent to info@aais.land.
